As you've probably already figured out, my name is Em. Well, actually, it's Emily, but Em is just easier to make awful puns out of, so I went with that instead. I've been toying with the idea of creating a blog for a while now, but never really had anything interesting to talk about while living the mundane life of an American public high school student. Luckily, the "real world" has hit me hard in the past few months, leading me to many important realizations, but also relatable content for this blogging thing. Now, I know what you're thinking: Every teenage girl has a blog these days. I don't wanna read your online diary about how relatable you are. The good news for you is that you don't have to. If you think my having a blog is cliché then by all means, stop reading and get on with your life. I just happen to think that making my thoughts more accessible might help people to get a better look at my life, my interests, and the way my brain works. I don't know exactly where this will take me, or what direction I plan to go in, but I'm sure there will be something for everyone here.
